TE Zach Miller agrees to new deal with the #Seahawks. New contract will allow him to stay with team 2014 AND 2015.

Nice to see one of our guys be flexible and restructure their deal. Good for Zach.

But everyone around here was saying he would be cut, I heard it on the interwebs so it must be true!

Niiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiice

Had to think they were agreeing to a new deal if they hadn't dropped him. Pumped about this, he's incredibly important.

He basically was cut and then immediately re-signed. Not many thought he would take a pay cut to stay.

I wonder if this speaks volumes about Jermichael Finley's health?

Clayton claimed he was cut 2 weeks ago, and said this morning he wasn't willing to renegotiate. Still no reporting anything. What a clown.

In the end Zach had to realize he was being significantly overpaid.

He does have his role though.

woo hoo!! This is freaking FANTASTIC.

He is a key to our running game, and if we are able to add Finley our 2 TE sets will be lethal.

Even just Miller, McCoy, and Willson is a dang good group.

I'm glad we kept Zach, this may be the best move of the whole offseason other than signing Bennett and McDaniel.

I don't think they have anything to do with each other. I think the plan was to always try to bring Miller back on a new deal. Finley is going to be an addition to the passing game.

Never listen to what Clayton says. That guy makes up stuff all the time.

Yet every caller on his radio shows slobbers on him.

Eh, his cap hit was a bigger issue than his actual salary. He reworked it for the betterment of the team. Why knock him?

His "role" is to be a complete TE, not someone who wins over fantasy football people.
