Score boards in the corners at Century Link

I was at the Sounders game yesterday and noticed the black boards in each corner of the stadium that show sacks etc have been taken down. Is this just for the off season for maintenance or are they going to put in more screens there?

Hadn't heard. IIRC, they could put more info on them. The originals were kind of simple, stat-wise.

I took the Centurylink tour a couple of weeks ago. The boards are being upgraded to technology that is consistent with their other boards. It should look a lot better.

They raised our ticket prices so they should put a little back into the stadium.

Upgraded. The old hustle boards were from the Kingdome, long overdue.

I walk by there every day on Lunch Break, and was gonna' post about it a couple weeks back. They are all gone. Hoping we'll see new ones up there that say SuperbOwl Champs

Good to hear they are being upgraded..its really the one thing in the stadium that lets it down.. not a lot of info available at all..

id like them to upgrade the video boards as well. they are so awkwardly shaped, pretty bad for watching replays on. we have such a beautiful stadium with total garbage for screens, upgrade is even more needed since the mariners installed that behemoth of theirs.

Agreed, the scoreboard system in that stadium is highly inadequate. They will only do something about it if people complain in their surveys and via Fan Feedback.

both video boards were upgraded and enlarged prior to last season.
