I was at the mall with the fam last night and I went into one of the sports stores and they had a Seahawks t-shirt with Nike's famous tagline Just Do It on it. It then came to me how cool it would be if they had a shirt that said this...

I'd buy one.
But I'm a sucker for that kind of stuff.

You can't reproduce the Seahawks and Nike logo and distribute without getting into a shit storm of trouble you would never, ever want.

T spring didn't regulate that though. You can make a design and just share it on .net with a free members and it won't get out.

Its illegal to reproduce logos and stuff. . . But unless you're making litigation worthy money the worst that will happen is a cease and desist letter more than likely.

I sold "Got Galloway?" tshirts back in the beginning of .NET and the NFL went apeshit thinking Joey Galloway was selling shirts on the side. The biggest deal was that I had my own take of the Hawk logo on the shirts and they freaked out calling it "dilution of logo" or something like that and it was a real to-do. Trust me. It's not worth it (selling shirts with trademarked logos/names on it). NFL Properties WILL come after you.
