So I am scrolling just now on tv and happen to set up on a local channel and watch a program called Family Feud. DJ Hackett is introduced before he answers and says he was a Seahawk. He says he should have had an OWL ring from when we were slapped by the Refs. He splained it that way too. Part of the 2005 team.

Good for him. I always liked D.J. Was bummed when he left.

I may get flamed by this, but I was working my tail off in 2005, and didn't really have the time, money, etc. to follow the team that year. Plus, it just wasn't my kind of team - all finesse offence and such. Thus, I'm pretty freaking happy that I got to attend the very first Seahawks Superbowl Victory this year, and the fact that it was this team that kicked ass all season the way they have, it was just perfect. As such, I am now strangely ok with losing the 05 Superb Owl....

I'm probably the only one, but I actually bought a Hackett jersey in 2005. I thought he was gonna be the next big thing

Wouldn't Hackett at least remember the year? Geez dude. It was your rookie year in 2005 and the 2006 SB. 2009? Seriously ? I think I know the dude better than himself. SMH.

He was on the spot in front of the camera and blanked. Everything else was spot on though. Sigh* We should be 2-0 in Superbowls but whatever.

LMAO

That was awesome, DJ Hackett had so much promise, its a shame injuries plagued him his entire career.

He was talking about the year he retired.

Hacket might have had the best hands of any WR in team history. He just couldn't stay healthy.
