Great to see some of these guys are healthy enough for intense MMA-style training. Mayowa and Brooks are looking HUGE.

This style of training has really helped some NFL players improve their conditioning, as well as the level of violence in their moves and countermoves. Green Bay DE Clay Matthews credited this style of training for his breakout play in 2010.

The Seahawks' front line looks very strong with Avril, Bennett, McDaniel, and Mebane. Now we just need some of these unproven players to breakout in order to form a strong and relentless rotation.

That's pretty cool they are all here in Seattle working out together. Looks like they're all shooting for some starting jobs down the line eh?

How big has Mayowa gotten? Looks like he's added 20 lbs to his frame, when you compare his width to Jordan Hill's.

Good to see that Boatright still exists

Kenneth Boatright is something of a mystery for most of us. IIRC his injury occurred early on last year ..... so we didn't get to see much of him. My understanding (rumor) is that he added roughly 20 pounds ... so he is somewhere in excess of 270 pounds now. I guess the idea is to look at him inside as a sub package pass rusher. Presumably, he would also be available for the outside as well.
