Does The Hawks FO Use SPARQ Profiling?

Most of the late Hawks picks were headscratchers for me until I read the posts on the Weekend Draft thread about the SPARQ Profiling system and learned that almost all of those picks got freakishly high scores. I was shocked that I had not heard or read anything about this system before.

Is it possible that PC/JS give these scores a great deal of weight?

No doubt about it. My two favorite picks were great Scott and Pinkerton. Not sure which one, but one of those two had the highest sparq score IN THE ENTIRE DRAFT!

Coach Carroll helped develop SPARQ. He almost surely uses a modified version of it.

You must mean Eric Pinkins, don't recall a Pinkerton man in the organzation.
