This training really helped J.J. Watt elevate his game going into his second year. Like Watt, Marsh does not have the pure quickness to beat his blocker. Marsh will have to get stronger and become that kind of relentless technician.

I'm not sure there's a whole lot of things JJ. Watt isn't... I certainly wouldn't say he lacks quickness.
