Spencer Ware's DUI case dismissed

The DUI case against Seattle Seahawks fullback Spencer Ware was dismissed on Friday, the Seattle Times reported Monday.

Dan Donohoe, spokesman for the King County prosecutor’s office, told the Times that the case was dismissed after a judge ruled the officer lacked reasonable suspicion of DUI at the time he initiated the traffic stop.

Great news. This should give Spencer a chance to play some distraction-free football this preseason. Can't wait to see him show off some of that inner "beast mode".

What? You mean Ware didn't run into a tree and raise suspicion?

It doesn't matter, all a dude has to do is go to rehab and he can get away with anything right?
