Watched this last evening. Sent a link to our HS football coach, just in case they didn't get a copy in the mail. Sure wish they had taught us this back in the 70's. I might have actually been able to tackle someone w/o getting my bell rung. Of course, in those days, coaching wasn't so much teaching as yelling.

This is awesome, and I really hope it's put to good use by youth programs. Coaches always tell you to keep your head to the side when you tackle (or they should), but it's much easier said than done in a fast-paced game. Breaking it down this way should help make the execution better.

With the film "Concussion" set to be released this week, I thought it was worth bumping this thread.
