So where does this money that Lynch is being fined go?

Back into Paul Allens pocket? To the league?

Is the money he's getting fined added back to the cap at all? Or does this have no cap implication regardless of how much he gets fined?

From my understanding since this is in house, the team can choose whether or not to actually fine him. But to answer your question, charity?

well if the money is cap eligible we'd suddenly have an extra mil in cap room to rollover, could be a difference in being able to keep wright or maxwell or someone like that, especially if it keeps adding up.

Only league fines go to charity (that I'm aware of). Holdout type fines stay with the team and are added to the next season's cap (If the team follows through with the fines when all is said and done).
