Team turnover

I am not a stat guy so I cant give you the breakdown but it seems to me like we will have much less churning of the roster. I know we will not know for sure but it seems we are stabilizing in that regard. We have a great core and filling some gaps as opposed to rebuilding. We have succeeded even though we have had no stability. Just think of the improvement with a more stable core of guys. Another year of working together gaining cohesion. This alone is mark for improvement.
It also gives our red shirts draftees a year to acclimate and learn our system, playbook, and ways and to fit in. Less pressure. More time to develop. Less need for the #1 pick and more room to hand pick someone for our system and attitude.
