Ah ya, I was thinking maybe Ryan. But totally blanked on Mebane and Unger.

Kris Richard was a Holmgren era Seahawk and is now a DB coach. (Before that he was a USC corner for Pete Carroll).

John Schneider was in Holmgren's front office when he was still running it here.

Unger was drafted in 2009, so he misses the cut.

I think you mean his wife's favorite mumu. Cable needs to get in his ear about how to lose weight and change his life.

Feel kinda bad for him. Relatively forgotten in GB because he "deserted" them, CLE was a fiasco, and Pete Carroll is tromping all over his legacy here.

He must feel pretty washed up. No wonder his weight is up--life is no longer the spicy meatball it once was.
