Seems the NFL/NFLPA wasn't happy about physical contact in OTAs. Developing story

And having 2 less practices next year means they'll have to go that much harder and the cycle continues

PFT mentions the previous fine was for 2012, which matches what I thought I remembered. Had me going for a minute:

http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.co...days-for-violating-no-contact-practice-rules/

In 2012, the Seahawks were disciplined by the NFL for violating the league’s rules governing contact in offseason practices.

They were fined an undisclosed amount and stripped of two OTA practices for the violation, but that apparently didn’t stop them from crossing the league’s line again this year. When the Seahawks were punished in 2012, Carroll complained that it was unclear what constituted illegal contact during practices and the question has been raised by others during the last few off seasons as well

I vaguely remember this being a fight between Browner and some WR but forget who.

EDIT: For some reason, Obo pops in my head as the WR who got into it with Browner.

Sean Lee's knee got hurt during a block in a non-contact practice and I don't recall hearing the Cowboys getting punished for it.

Found it for you

It started when receiver Ben Obomanu and cornerback Jeremy Lane were tussling after the whistle blew on a play and had to be separated. Then safety Earl Thomas jumped in to help Lane, taking a swing at Obomanu. That led to receivers Doug Baldwin and Mike Williams jumping in to help Obomanu. (In the picture, wide receiver Deon Butler is pulling Thomas away from the fight.)

A few plays later, according to the News Tribune, safety DeShawn Shead “almost took Baldwin’s head off” on a pass over the middle.

Could still be forthcoming. We didn't hear about the Hawks until today and both happened at OTAs.
