Key to a good 4 man pass rush.....the best combination of guys....can't have all fast guys or all big guys, but the proper combination of guys.

Goes on to say how good Irvin is feeling after his hip surgery. Says it's something that's always bothered him and that he's much better off since his surgery. Adds that Bruce adds good speed off the edge in pass rushing.

on Zach Miller...does everything we ask...makes key blocks and big catches for us. Says he's got perfect timing and feel for his blocking.

Asked what the punt situation looks like for Sunday....joked that it looks really good, but he said that Walters will be our punt returner this week. He thinks that Earl's focus was challenged when returning punts. Says Earl is on the same page as he is on this subject and they both believe this will allow him to focus more on defense again.

Asked how he'd work a situation with a domestic violence situation.....said he spoke to the team today and made it aware to them that they will be there to help people who become aware of a situation. Didn't really give a straight answer as to what he'd do if it came up here. Did say that he will never look at domestic violence situations the same as he has in the past.

Back on Miller..says that the little details are more important than stats would ever show for what he brings to the team.

on Tackle McDonald....said they looked through rosters tirelessly to find a guy who would fit into what we do. Hopefully he will come through for us....said he plays both left and right tackle
