Per Pete just now, Bryan Walters will be returning punts, with ET3 'available'. The reasoning: punt returning was essentially a distraction to ET3's safety play because he was so intense about doing well, and this was as much ET3's idea as it was Pete's. While it is possible there is nothing more to this than ET3 just losing the job because of poor performance, I'm inclined to think this is exactly how it went down, given the track record of excellence from both ET and Pete.
