I think if someone lied about a crime "without any doubt" (like in this case) they need to do the same amount of time the other person would have been charged with. You still don't want to keep REAL victims from reporting crimes BUT these liars can ruin innocent people's lives and hurt the REAL victims.

It doesn't sound to me like she was intentionally being malicious - she really thought he was Marshawn. She's more of the "cray-cray" variety than the "false accusation to try and make a buck" type. Hopefully she'll get some mental health help.

Being "Crazy" isn't a free pass to break the law. Send her to the nuthouse for the same amount of time then.
