In todays world were we know what each player is eating for lunch. To keep a fight between harvin and tate AT super bowl week the largest media day in the sport quite is almost unbeleivable.

Also have to respect tate too for not going off after he left for det.....

With all the stories that have been coming out you have to think the local media has been protecting the team to some extent.

Wait until Harvin gets to NY, the media there are vultures and will be all over his every move. Meanwhile out here in SE Alaska they don't quite get the dirty details or care.

I guess the good news is that with all the trouble brewing behind the scenes during Super Bowl week, the Seahawks were still able to go out on the field and play their most complete game.

In Seattle, it was just as bad. Said one source regarding the situation, “Believe everything you hear about Harvin and the Seahawks.” The reported fracas with former Seahawks receiver Golden Tate happened, we’re told, the night before Super Bowl XLVIII. The source said Harvin body slammed Tate at the team hotel, and that players initially feared Harvin broke Tate’s neck.

While there’s a theory making the rounds that the Seahawks feared Harvin would launch a mutiny against quarterback Russell Wilson, there’s a separate theory that Harvin was in danger of being on the wrong end of a Code Red from teammates who had enough of his angry, moody, erratic ways.

It's from PFT so take it with a grain of salt, but damn.

There were some legit leaks coming out of the FO during the first couple years. Since then, they've been air tight and have even seeded misinformation in their own building at times during draft season. They have become masters of deception and information suppression with regards to personnel, so it's not too surprising that they've become equally formidable at suppressing other forms of information.

Would be great to read a tell-all book about this era of Seahawks football 20 years from now.

Oh, and all the stuff we're hearing right now from the whispers in the walls? Probably got the okay from the FO. They can't say this stuff themselves, but they probably want it out there. This info paints PC/JS as problem fixers rather than incompetents.
