It's a good thing the NFLPA is keeping players safe with shorter, less -intense practices. Everyone knows the key to conditioning is more rest and less exercise.

How does that happen?

Time for roster churn.

Seriously. How does that even happen? Warm-ups? Like stretching and jogging and doing very very light drills?

Time to get MRob on the next flight to Seattle.

He showed some promise with some catches in short yardage 3rd down conversions. Also made some key blocks against Denver. In the end, not exactly an irreplaceable player, but more bad luck...

Get Mike Rob back here. Seriously. He's be a great boost for the locker room and we don't use the FB that much anyway.

Seriously, even if he plays on snap, he is huge for this teams without true leaders.

Highly doubt he's in game shape right now.

Small is probably a realistic option

In a related report, Luke Willson tweaked his groin eating a snow cone and Kam Chancellor has a hip pointer from watching Ocean's 11.
