Bennett practiced today and will play

Maxwell isn't quite ready to go but will have a chance next week.

Simon is fine and will play

Unger should have a chance next week.

Coleman had surgery and it's considered a 6 week surgery

on LJ moving from LB to FB. Said he worked hard for them this week in practices

Added that Turbin will be our FB this week.

on Cam Newton....Continues to get better every year. He's shown so much so early and he's a remarkable talent. Poses a tremendous issue for us.

Asked if there are any trades for tomorrow. Pete said no, laughed and said we'll be sure to let you know

Says the new TE is looking really good for his first couple of days.

Lane has one more week "in detention"

Pinkins is looking really good as well

No Timeframe on Wagner...it's going to be awhile. He's still in a cast

Bennett is fine. Apparently his toe was nothing. Just resting him. Thank goodness.

Seemed kind of a weird way to get a concussion, but we get to see PRich and ADB out there in the return game, so that should be fun

I agree that having both Maxwell and Simon back would be preferred but I'm really interested in seeing Simon starting again in the corner position. He did well last week outside his boneheaded mistake with the face mask. Sadly he came out early in the first quarter with an injury. Maxwell has been getting burned all year against teams #1's. He really took a step back this year.

Sounds like the Hawks were doing some hitting in practice & Walters got popped. Of course they've had their wrists slapped a couple times for this already, so I guess Walters slipping is the cover-up.

C'mon, saying it's a concussion from a fall is much more manly than saying "he's got a really bad hangnail so we're holding him out this week". They want to see what else they've got with PRich, Norwood, etc.

I'd rather have him for this game. Wagner is a great weapon against running QB's and plays the read option like he was born to do so.
