  • I think the Seahawks go 11-5.

They'll lose roads games to Green Bay, Dallas, Baltimore, and then one to an NFC West team. They'll go 7-1 at home losing to either the Cards or the Panthers (Carolina has to beat them eventually, right?).

I think they win their division but not best record in NFC. So this will be the year they win a road playoff game.... on their way to the Super Bowl.

  • Just so everyone knows, the packers have done NOTHING to get better this year...nothing. With that being said, I don't see the Seahawks losing that one because the Seahawks HAVE done something to get better and have already beaten the exact packer team that they'll be facing...rant over. :stirthepot:

The reason a lot of people are picking the Hawks to lose to the Packers is that our current outlook looks more like 16-0 than anything if we compare ourselves to the other 31 teams. However, a perfect season isn't something that happens often when taking form and injuries into account. So when someone has to pick a few games to lose it's usually against the stronger teams like the Packers and Cowboys.

I get it that people are predicting a few losses, but with that being perceived as a huge game for the Seahawks, I don't see Seattle dropping that one.

Final record - 13-3 (I'd go 14-2 but my Capricorn brain says whoa hold up girl)
    Lynch - 1100 yards, 12 TDs
Graham - 15 TDs 1200 yards (I'm Jimmy is going to put this team on another level once the Seahawks figure out the rules are made for him to dominate)
Lockett - 2 Punt returns for TD and 1 KO return for TD
    Baldwin - 1023 yards receiving
Wilson - 355 yards rushing, 4100 yards passing

We play Green Bay in the NFCCG and win (it's like a San Francisco/Dallas thing but the salary cap erases the shenanigans).

I'd say Indianapolis is a solid pick to play us in Santa Clara but I smell huge upset on the AFC side so TBA is my current pick.

Out of the gate with two away games I have as losses even if I hate the thought as it stands now. New line on offense will take some time to get in sync, that can be exploited by the Rams and the Packers since both teams know us well at this juncture.

I hope I see reason to edit this.

You must think you can find Steve Largent in any Safeway then. Wide receivers are only slightly less giant primadonna's then quarterbacks if they're better than dead average. Buck up and deal with it because the real show is coming to town. Jimmy is the real deal primadonna while ADB is practically normal when considering good 1-2 tier wide receivers. Remember Joey Galloway?

At least Doug produces and has been forced to play against guys that make a living stopping real 1st tier receivers. Let him have attitude it's how he's able to hang and produce against the big dogs.

    @Arizona- L

12-4 with number two seed. Loss to GB at Lambeau in NFCCG.

Just for context how about you hit me with Green Bay's schedule. I love to see how 13-4 while playing against us gets them the top seed?

Packers don't need to go 13-4 if they beat you week two they own the tie breaker. A win at Lambeau against Dallas and they own the tie breaker against them as well.
    Packers 2015:
12-4 and tie breaker over Dallas and Seattle.

    1. at Chicago Bears-W
    2 SEATTLE SEAHAWKS-W
    3 KANSAS CITY CHIEFS-W
    4 at San Francisco 49ers-W

    7 BYE
8 at Denver Broncos-W-Might be a loss but GB is money coming off the Bye...

The Packers will definitely lose to the Seahawks. They might get swept by the Vikings by not playing their starters the last week of the season because second place will be all locked up.

Could happen... It would be an upset as I'd imagine GB will be favored at Lambeau. As a side note, I watched the 30 minute replay version of the NFCCG and had completely forgotten how dominant GB was on both sides of the ball (until they got inside the five) for three quarters. Wilson had only completed 6 passes the first three quarters and didn't get on the score board until the fake FG in the fourth quarter. Amazing...

I watched the replay too. I didn't see dominance. I saw a lot of lucky bounces that went Green Bay's way early and even more lucky bounces in favor of the Seahawks late. Fluky game all around. Tortoise and Hare played out on the football field.

Definitely. The way the Seahawks defense was playing, we can live with two, but even two is rare for Russell. I think he was making poor decisions trying to make up for the slow start. Kearse didn't fight very hard on either of those two.

I think both these teams are stacked and set for a few more years of being the super powers of the NFC.. I've gotta tell you, I can't wait for week two at Lambeau.

We don't use that Acronym here, both people representing it are Whiney selfish individuals who are Prima Donnas, take it back to Packerville or the Yankees.

Wow. The Packers must have had a puff home schedule the past three years. That would explain their "Jekyl and Hyde" home and away tendencies. I bet that streak ends by the end of week two. He also had over 100 pass attempts without an interception prior to throwing his first one against Seattle...He then threw another one just 13 attempts later.

He did... I can't tell you how much different it is when he's at Lambeau.... You've got to see it to believe it... There were some pretty good defenses during that streak btw....
