FOR THE ARCHIVES: Who's a Pro Bowler, who's a bust?

A collection of NET's best and most memorable threads. Predictions, debates, laughs, and X's & O's. Rating: PG to NC-17
  • Pro Bowlers - I like the defensive players in the top end of the draft
    Berry
    Suh
    McCoy
    McClain
    Haden

    Below expectations
Clausen - Has to wind up to put zip on the ball and gets distracted by the pass rush.
    Davis - Poor work ethic.
Cambell - Great athlete but seems to lack some football instinct.
Bulaga - Will be drafted as LT and could be a pro bowler but at RT not LT. Therefore he falls into this category.
D Bryant - Off the field issues and immaturity will eventually bring him down.

  • Worth a 1st rounder:
    Clausen
    Suh
    McClain
    Spiller
    Pouncey

    Busts:
Dez Bryant (like a small child, head is too big to allow for catching overhead)
    G. McCoy (one of the top DT's has to be, check history)
    B. Campbell
Bradford (because he'll be a lamb)
    Pierre-Paul

  • All-Pro:
    Gerald McCoy
    Ndamukong Suh
    Eric Berry
    Sam Bradford
    Rolando McClain

    Bust:
    Jason Pierre-Paul
    Dan Williams
    Bruce Campbell
    Dez Bryant
I don't have a 5th choice as a bust but If I had to choose one just to fill the spot it would be Bryan Bulaga
Skittles - The candy of champions.

  • Worth a 1st Rounder:
    Eric Berry
    Rolando McClain
    Jimmy Clausen
    Brian Bulaga
    C.J. Spiller

    Not worth a 1st Rounder:
Sam Bradford-I like him more recently, but hey, he's going to the Rams.
    Bruce Campbell
    Trent Williams
    Jason Pierre-Paul
Ndamukong Suh-I think he'll be good, but I don't think he'll come close to reaching the ridiculous expectations people seem to have for him.

  • Worthy :)
    Ndamukong Suh
Earl Thomas (best S in the class?)
    Jimmy Clausen
    Russel Okung
    Sam Bradford

    Not worthy :(
    C.J. Spiller
    Bruce Campbell
Eric Berry (a fine prospect, but if you take a S in the top 7 - he better be better than Berry is)
    Mike Iupati (awareness)
    Anthony Davis

  • As it looks right now... Just about everyone on here missed on Pierre-Paul. He is turning into an ALL PRO pass push rusher!!!!
