"Wilkerson, a first-round pick in 2011, is due to make $6.969 million in 2015, the amount of his fifth-year option. The Jets exercised the option last spring. Right now, he's the seventh-highest-paid player on the team, based on 2015 compensation."


Wilkerson is a guy I'd love to see as a Seahawk. He has been a beast for the Jets and would really boost the play of the defensive line.

If someone is looking for more money (Justin Huston, Wilkinson) there's little chance we can sign them.

After we do Wagner, and Wilson, unless JS is even a larger wizard than we all know he is we could end up in future cap hell.

The signings of these types of F.A. simply won't happen.

Real good player, deserves a big contract. One of the few bright spots on that team past few seasons.
