NFCW drafting in the P&J era

I'm using Pro football reference to track each draft pick of the NFCW rated by CarAV (Weighted Career Approximate Value), CarAV is higher the longer a person plays so more recent years have lower scores.

St. L.: 83

Seattle: 141

St. L.: 87
AZ: 39

2013:
Seattle: 22

Total P&J era:

AZ: 275

Seattle totally dominated the draft the first three years. 2012 was crazy good. The next two years, St. Louis has done well.
