Where are all of his apologists to spew the "innocent until proven guilty" rhetoric? Or did he just become a bad guy when he left Santa Clara?

I'm not throwing any stones at the guy until I hear a lot more. Even then, they will only be internet stones, which don't hurt much and won't get my ass kicked.

He got away with dragging his pregnant fiance out of his home at 3 in the morning . . . but now he's no longer a 49er. I would expect the Santa Clara DA's office to drop the hammer on him this time, unless they are trying to cover their own asses.

Lt. Kurt Clarke said in a news release that McDonald was arrested after officers said he "physically assaulted the victim while she was holding a baby." Police were called to a disturbance at 3:48 a.m. at an apartment in Santa Clara, only to find that McDonald had left to go to a friend's home in San Jose.

According to sources, McDonald was arrested at the home of retired 49er Justin Smith in the Silver Creek neighborhood of San Jose. Neighbors said they saw police cars about 6 a.m. Monday.

Ray, Ray, Ray.

Special kinda stupid. I don't know what's up with these charges, but even if he's innocent he needs to be released and probably never play again for putting himself in this position YET AGAIN. Bears have already released him.

There are many of us that don't like the Clark pick because of the his DV incident.

Many niner fans (some that post here) still supported Ray Ray after multiple DV incidents..... until he was released. Now that he isn't wearing niner uniform, he is scum.

Anyone who hits women or children are scum and the color of a jersey won't change that. I however wish we could see everything play out before a knee jerk reactions to our 24hr news cycles. Now days people are guilty before being proved innocent. Niner fans have watched smear campains on Kap and Crabtree that turned out very different than how they were initially reported.. Just color us sceptical to imediatly scream guilty.

Per Rotoworld

Ray McDonald - DL - Free Agent
Bears released DE Ray McDonald.
McDonald was immediately placed on a no-tolerance policy when the Bears signed him this past March. He was arrested on Monday for domestic violence and child endangerment after allegedly assaulting a woman who was holding a baby. McDonald will likely face a stiff penalty from the NFL. We would not bet on 31-year-old McDonald playing another down in the league.

Reading that it's his ex again and he showed up at her residence that he pays for telling her to move out at 3:45@am. Even if he didn't do anything he was stupid for showing up there at all and especially at that time.

If he wanted to evict her there are ways to do it without him being there. You can hire companies to do that for you. You have a track record its 3:45 am in the morning after you've been boozing all night and you decide it's a good idea to put yourself in that situation. That's a real special case of stupid right there!

You are the exception of the rule Kats. You've been consistent with your stance the whole time. :th2thumbs:
