As a general rule IMO, 95% of 9ers fans just need to be ignored when it comes to the team and the QB position.

You've got a major older contingent who were so spoiled by Montana and Young that even a four-time pro-bowler like Jeff Garcia might as well have beenRyan Leaf in their eyes, and a bizarelly still existent younger contingent that's still so stuck in Alex Smith Stockholm Syndrome that they'll never forgive Kaepernick for taking his job.

As for Kaepernick, there's really nothing to complain about with him right now. He just finished up a week of charity work and today headed back down to Arizona to work with Warner, et al. until TC starts.

Even worse....

...some Niner fans were rooting for KC in '94 when Steve Young and the Niners went to KC to play Joe.

That was soooo last week...keep up... :D
I still listen to music from the 70's and 80's. So, keeping up must not be my thang. I also like Jazz. Do you like Jazz, ducati? What about high notes? Want me to play u one? ;)

In any case, this news was more than merely last week (try last year) and THIS sort of news NEVER gets old :th2thumbs: - esp since bay area "fans" certainly can't be reminded enough. In fact, maybe I'll post a related topic next week, just for kicks.

Ughhh, forgot about that.

Hard to call it "even worse" though because Joe is unanimously believed to be one of the greatest of all time, and well, it took Alex Smith seven years of really atrocious play to build himself up to being one of the averagest of all time.
