I'm interested, more in Mack. Not sure we have the cap room to sign long term. Would anyone trade Kam straight up? I think I'd give up a 2nd.

This is going to the NFL forum unless the Hawks actually get linked to trade rumors.

Joe Thomas has the option to void the final three years of his contract and become a free agent after the season. I don't see any team trading for him for what will most likely be an 8-week rental.

A trade can be done contingent on a new contract signed. So that new contract could waive the "out-clause"

The few times I've seen Joe Thomas play I haven't been impressed. Maybe that's a too small of sample size but IMHO he is overrated. Wouldn't mind taking a stab at Mack if the price isn't that high, but I doubt the Hawks would do that.

How about Barkevious Mingo? Wouldn't mind a flyer on that guy.

He's got a 5.2M cap hit next season then he's a UFA.

Is he better than Irvin?

Better see what they need first, they probably don't want players, more then likely draft picks, so a 1st and a 3rd or something of that nature.

People on this site say Bennett and Graham aren't worth 1st round picks if we were to trade them this off season, so why would these guys be worth a 1st and 3rd?

Who's right? :?
