Does a particular part of this play look familiar?

The in-pocket maneuvering by Rodgers certainly doesn't look familiar. :)

Russell would have bailed for the sideline (rightly or wrongly).

Russ would have sprinted for a 1st down.

I don't like the Broncos, but damn was it fun to watch the Packers get their poop pushed in.

They've been just a little too smug and arrogant this year with Rodger's too cool for school attitude and their fans thinking they're going 16-0. A little come back down to earth was needed.

Seahawks haven't pass blocked like that since 2005.

Irvin or Bennett would have sacked Rodgers on that play. Reminds me of the MNF game where we sacked him 8 times by halftime. He wouldn't have gotten that much time.

True, no argument, but Russ is shell shocked and bails early.

Isn't bailing early exactly what Rodgers tried to do before stepping back?

It's the entire reason for the gif. It's what I derided our quarterback for in another gif. Rodgers seems to trust his line but he still tried to bail.

He also missed a wide open receiver #17

Davante Adams, and wasn't open. You're just seeing the DB after having broken off from his coverage after the throw. That was Rodgers throwing a ball away without opening himself up to a grounding call from within the pocket.

Popeye, you clearly don't understand how this game works. This is the "have a little fun mocking the best quarterback in the game" thread and you're failing miserably at it.

One of these days I'll get you to engage in some shenanigans.

Rodgers isn't the best QB in the game. Take a look at his career stats for games in which he played a top-five defense compared to some other elite QBs.

He doesn't lead his team to victory when trailing in games very often either.
