As things stand:

Arizona 13-2
Seattle 9-6
St Louis 7-8
49ers 4-11

Seattle will travel to play Arizona and in doing so will be trying to wrap up the 5 seed. Arizona on the other hand will have a shot at the 1 seed. It appears both teams will be playing their starters as with such a really small roster you don't have any other choice at some position groups. Im unsure about how the game planning will go this week in regards to the game since these two teams may play each other in just a few short weeks again. However I think Arizona wins this just based off the fact they've been the more consistent team, are at home, and haven't been stopped. Arizona 14-2 clinches the 2 seed. Seattle 9-7, clinches the 6 seed.

49ers will be hosting the Rams this week, I want to chose the Rams because they are by far the better team. However I am going to go with the 49ers in hopes that they can upset the Rams. In my gut I feel Jeff Fisher will again find his way back to an 8-8 season as always it seems. Anyways 49ers win, I go against my gut and against Red Alice this week. 49ers win.

Cards win, Rams win and I don't. :D

EDIT @ 9:10 AM Sunday morning: I'm now picking Seattle because of them wearing the wolf grey uniforms. Silly of course, but what the hell.

I'm also changing my other pick and taking the Niners over the Rams because of no Gurley and because I think the Rams will have a let down after winning their Super Bowl last week.

So.......Hawks win, Rams win and I still don't. :D

Taking the Seahawks.

Was going to take the 9ers as my sleeper/upset play but Ringless has already taken that angle so I am going to take the Rams.

Have a Happy New Years to all!

Rams win because we're playing against the NFC West.

Cardinals win because I think they're the superior team.

Cannot disagree.

Rams win. (and, I will be doing set-up at CES and totally miss our last game. Very sad about that)....well, gamepass.

btw: I MISS the back and forth Niner fans threw at me the last 3 years or so on Webzone.
-----

Cards take it like a cupcake.

Just read your dense paragraphs Ringless: Good choice going against me. A Rams win gives me the win in this game, and a Niners Win now gives you the Win.

Perfect!!!!

what I should do is pick the Hawks. Well, I have until Sunday pre-game to change my pick, as you have done.

Note to all: picking the Niners just got better.

No Gurley this week. He be restin' up those HOF Legs.

This actually has me now considering switching my pick. Seems like the Rams Super Bowl was indeed last week plus the game's in Frisco. Besides, it would be so Nineresque of Santa Clara to win a game they maybe shouldn't and drop 6 places in the draft and cost themselves Goff or Lynch.

The only way to beat me is to pick against me and be right.

Pick against me.

If I do that, I take Frisco and Seattle but you're 3 wins up on me so I can't catch you anyway Alice. As I said in my initial post, I'm just going to take the 2 teams I think will win cuz between you, Doc and ringless there's no combination that I can make up 2 games vs. them and 3 vs. you.

Still thinking long and hard about taking Niners for the reasons I mentioned above......................As for Seattle, just not feeling it. They're not the same team they've been the last 2 years. Sincerely hope they prove me wrong of course.

Ah, I see.

Well, it's not hard to see both SF and Hawks winning on Sunday - we have a snuggly little division going here and truthfully I think either game could go either way.

Ok, well Happy New Year!

I guess we can play through the playoffs since this was always a win based game. Up to you two other guys though.

And...they both did! I only saw the very end of the Rams/Niner game and the sports book had already taken the Az/Hawk game off the screens.

Niners looked feisty!

I was a very bad picker this week. :)

Congrats to Ringless, Dr. D, and Hawksfan for continuing on.....good luck!

Count me in as well. Nice comeback to HFSD1. Good job Ringless in keeping this going all season.
