Waiting for our game, I've been cycling through box scores. Looking at the Lions-Bears game, these are the top receivers for Chicago today:

Marc Mariani - 5 catches 63 yards
Joshua Bellamy - 3 catches 49 yards 1 TD
Cameron Meredith - 2 catches 19 yards
Deonte Thompson - 1 catch 45 yards

I consider myself pretty knowledgable about the NFL and I have no clue who any of those guys are,

Likewise and likewise. Tryouts for next season presumably.

Mariani was a really good kick returner (Pro Bowl I think) for the Titans a few years ago before getting hurt. But I'm with you, never heard of the other guys
