I liked what Shaw was showing during some preseason action in Cleveland. That was 2 years ago though, and he was on IR all last season. Couldn't hurt to kick the tires, right?

Apparently we were one of the teams who put in for him on waivers but he went to Chicago.

Seattle has had a lot of chances for him if they wanted him. BJ Daniels was available for a while too. Not sure what they see in Heap.

Yeah I am really surprised they haven't taken a run at BJ Daniels. He knows the system, is a mobile WB who showed some promise in preseason, and they can always release him if they find someone better. But right now he would be the #2 easily. Too bad they keep letting him go elsewhere.
