He's a pro football player, who made millions of dollars, and he's a good looking dude. Why choose to drug and rape women?
On the surface it sure seems like he could pretty much have his choice in single women wherever he went.
Actually depending on the assault rape in general can be about both or several other motivations (anger, hatred, racism, etc). The "Myths about rape" FAQs you see on college websites are cherry picked. It's one of the flaws of social sciences: using some psychologists intuition instead of evidence. Since we cannot read minds, the best way to gauge motivations is to ask. People who have not committed the crime cannot really be certain about what the motivation distribution is. Interviews with perpetrators have shown that the balance of motivation varies on a case by case basis. Not to mention, rapists themselves will sometimes try to minimize the sexual aspect of their crime because of the taboo about sex in our society. To make it more about violence or power makes them more like "normal" criminals in their minds.hawksfansinceday1":25qq9wyu said:Not about sex dude, about control.Hawk_Nation":25qq9wyu said:What a jackass.
