Interesting to say the least, not sure if he did anything to warrant the cut unless they needed the space for someone else. Chances of Seattle scooping him up? He's a local kid (Everett) and some CB depth is always appreciated.

Man, I thought he would have been fantastic here. Decent size, very good patience. Really seemed very much like a prospect who could thrive in our system.

We won't know how we feel about him until he passes our position on the waiver order. Chances are he's picked up before we have a chance to make a claim.

Wow, if he drops to us I would hope we would at least bring him in and check him out. I mean, we kept Simon around for a long time waiting to see if he would pan out and he didn't have nearly the pedigree this kid has.
