This one is actually kind of sad.
Kubiak was the back up to John Elway during the 80's and lost every Superbowl with the Broncos. Then he came back as the OC and won back to back with Elway. Came back to the Broncos in 2015 won the Superbowl and is now going to call it quits. The Broncos have only been to one Superbowl without Kubiak. He is a Bronco for life.
