They can make that article about any player out there, a good GM looks into every player whether they are in need of not, you never know if the need could arise at some point during training or OTA's or mini camp.

Well based on the past we sign hungry D line guys in F.A., we sign tilt the field offensive playmakers, and sign O lineman in the twilight of their careers or uinknowns that have a athletic side. On special teams we sign gunners.
