Why hasn't he been on any teams radar? Should the Seahawks be interested?

His play has really declined the past few seasons and this video is not helping his cause:

I wouldn't mind seeing the Hawks give him a prove it deal, after the legal issues of his arrest play out. If he's going to miss the entire season from being suspended, then obviously not.
I would like to see the team get Russell a big bodied receiver other than Graham and McevoyWhy Not Us?-

How do you fail an alcohol test while on house arrest for a DUI.
Dude needs some serious interventions by family/friends.-
