NFL Game Pass Billing

My gamepass account was set to auto renew and it never did. NFL.com won't accept any of my credit cards and cites error's. Has anyone had similar issues?

Their billing woes are pathetic. The last time I paid for Game Pass (three years ago), it auto-renewed and charged me twice a week apart.

I was supposed to be charged at the end of the "free trial" on Tuesday, but it never charged my card and now shows no card info saved on my profile. I don't know who they contracted out for the account management work, but it is garbage and they don't really have any support.

It is unfortunate because the actual streaming service is really good.

Mine autorenewed w/o issue. Funny thing is I thought the card my account was connected to expired so it wouldn't renew. I wasn't going to renew this year.

I just rolled with it.

I always turn off auto-renew, but it magically pops back up every year. Another thing that happens is it will bill me, give me access, and then send an e-mail stating "There was an error with the card". It's happened the last 2 or 3 years. I'm getting billed but it always sends me that e-mail. I don't know...as long as I have access and not getting billed twice, I'm GTG.

There is a glitch if you have an nfl.com account and have synced to IOS. I was able to renew by paying through the NFL mobile app. New issue:

1. I can access gamepass through IOS on phone.
2. I can access gamepass through windows NFL mobile app.
3. I cannot access gamepass through nfl.com user account. They will not sync.

Any Help?

Take a guess at what the chances are whether my Game Pass account has ever been linked to an iOS device or not. 8)

iRo laughing aside.

I have a game pass account and I am solely Mac/IOS.

I can log in and also use my account on my mac, my iphone and my tablet.

I don't understand the question here? You can log in to your account easily - what is the issue?

I can only access it on my Iphone App and through a windows app. The windows app only goes back through the 2015 season.

I cannot access it through a browser which allows much older seasons like 2013.

Read the NFL UK forum and see what everyone thinks of the Europe version of Gamepass.

My gripe is there is now no radio commentary.

I've cancelled my Gamepass. It's an utter shambles and a significant outlay for a now poor product.

Last year I loved it so it's a real shame.

One of the first things i tried. This is absurd. I use the same nfl account to log in to both apps and they work fine. Log in through the gamepass website and no record of my purchases, credit card info, or subscriptions.
