Not sure if he's a bust in the NFL, but it sure seems like it and now the Coach is singling him out..
0 receptions so far this year.

I don't think he is a bust, he's only had a few targets so far. On the Bengals forums they seem to think Lewis went over board and that Lewis wanted to trade down and couldn't. They also criticize his lack of success with rookie. Most of there fan base are holding judgement on Ross because he's barely played.

Marvin Lewis is notorious for not trusting rookies and not playing them much (he's basically the opposite of Pete). Combine that with Ross being injured multiple times and unable to go and you have a recipe for not really showing up on the stat sheet. I think Ross is crazy talented and will eventually shine once he gets a chance. His biggest challenge will be staying healthy though.

Here's a bit from an article on Lewis and playing rookies:

When interviewed after the Bengals’ Week 17 victory over the Ravens, Lewis was asked about whether the team should have played their younger guys sooner. His reply was a disturbing acknowledgement of this fear, referring to how playing youngsters puts “everybody in jeopardy” based on what they know and don’t know regarding the team’s scheme. He also added that rookies “have to prove it”, but basically admitted he doesn’t give them a chance to do so, while also blaming the lack of preparation time teams have to teach rookies.

Marvin Lewis is talking like a man scorned who knows he's going to be the first one cut loose on black Monday.

Yeah, Marvin Lewis needs to go. Ross has been hurt and his talent is undeniable. Calling him a bust at this point is ridiculous.
