Hue is safe again though............................. So instead of fixing they just remove one match and let the igniter remain.

The browns hired former Chiefs GM John Dorsey.

Is hiring a new GM, but keeping Hue a good idea? It's the Browns so...

John Dorsey is a fantastic hire. The Browns did something right for once.

I'm not saying Hue Jackson is the guy but if you need 3 to 4 years to turn things around in most places how much time do you need in Cleveland?

John Dorsey is a good GM pick. Hue has already started the groundwork to gut the roster, wouldn't make sense to cut ties with him now. They had way too many average players at big salaries before he was hired. Plus two early first round picks this year, with a whole bunch of cap space. I doubt they'll win many games next year but they are trending in the right direction roster wise.

One would think the only direction they could go from the absolute bottom is up, but no, they continue to prove us all wrong.

When you hit bottom simply dig a hole to go lower :)

Hue has been so bad this year though. Sashi got them some decent talent and a ton of draft capital. Hue has made some terrible coaching decisions from benching and unbenching Kizer to botching clock management and costing his team points. Gregg Williams is also an awful DC.

It seems like Sashi set them up for success and now Dorsey gets to come in and reap the benefits. Then the football guys get to say the analytics guys can't hack it and refuse to change.
