Just read that Jamaal Charles wants out of Denver:
http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/20 ... elease-me/

My first thought was, "Hey, if Seattle thought Eddie Lacy would be a good pickup, wonder what they think about Jamaal Charles?" The two are pretty similar in that they had strong early careers, had some injuries, have been questioned about effort, etc. Although I think Jamaal Charles is and has always been a better RB than Eddie Lacy.

Anyways... what would you think if the Seahawks went after Jamaal Charles in free agency this offseason?

Pass. Bring in a rookie or two to compete for the running back position next year with Carson.

I loved the dude early on but injuries and father time have caught up to him.
You cannot count on a full season from him for sure at this point

IDK, I think Davis/Carson/McKissick sounds pretty good. Maybe even Rawls if he can repeat his game in Dallas.

I'm not convinced we're desperate at RB.

They brought both of them in at the same time and chose Lacy. Turns out both are duds

I still think Seattle should target Marshawn. But this could work too.

With his injury history, it doesn't seem like a good idea for him to sign with a team who can't keep their RBs healthy.

Excellent player at his peak; maybe would have been a HOF guy if he hadn't been hurt so often.

There are a lot of better options out there at runningback. I would LOVE to see Darious Jackson on this team. 220lbs, 4.4 40 and great vision. If Seattle dumped the ZBS that guy would be a hammer. If he could stay healthy!

Why can't people let go???

Same reason posts are started about Jamaal Charles.

As if we want another injury prone RB to add to our stable of those.

Marshawn was healthy all year.
