I'm kind of jealous. They cleaned house with coordinators and some position coaches. I know that is exactly what many on here have been clamoring for. It will be interesting to see the results.

There will never be a real rebuild as long as Rodgers is there.

Rogers isn't the problem in GB. What's their blocking scheme again?

You got a point. I wish Pete had balls to dump zone blocking when it isn't working as well. I think the Packers will continue their holding-style of blocking though. :D

Hold half the time to allow Rodgers 8 sec of time every play

The Vikings switched to ZBS going into this year and it seems to have worked well although you have to draft and sign free agents that fit it as they did, instead of just thinking it will work no matter what kind of OL you get.

If Cook comes back 100 percent they might have the best running game in the NFL next season after having one of the worst just two years ago so its possible to turn it around fast just need to actually address the issue and not hoping it fixes itself

Their line is elite in pass pro. Their tackles are particularly excellent.

Drafting basketball players to play Left Tackle is not the answer.

Seriously though, within a couple of years, there will be enough film study that the defenses will have their reads figured out and be ahead of nearly every play.

Huh. A team that won a SB this decade with an elite QB but is clearly on the decline actually making major changes and not just doing nothing and hoping things magically turn around.

Aaron Rodgers injury was a blessing in disguise. Ted Thompson is gone. Replaced by a young intelligent GM who plans to be aggressive in utilizing ALL modes of requiring talent. We got rid of Capers who gave birth to some of the worst defenses most observerers had ever seen. Replaced by Pettine who coached some great defenses in NYJ and Buffalo. We got back Philbon as OC. Some of Rodgers most prolific seasons were the years he was here.

Good times are ahead for my Packers.
