I don't think it's a bad choice. I just don't think that Del Rio was in need of replacing.
I never understood the love affair with Gruden. He beat his old team in a SB that was built by Al Davis with a team built by Tony Dungey then didnt do squat with Tampa until Tamp Bay shit canned him.
He better hire some top shelf coordinators and position coaches.
