He is the current Vikings QB coach and has been their RB coach and TE coach. He has been there for 12 years. What say you? He has made something out of nothing this year with the Vike's QB situation. Should we look at him, and, if so, at what position?

It’s hard to distinguish what was AP being AP, scheme, and good coaching but he had some good run offenses there. But he’s had some really bad ones too...

If you thought Bevell was bad...this guy is a big downgrade from Bev. The QB success and O line success was synergistic and clearly a result of Zimmer, Shurmur and Norv Turner (before Shurmur took over). Unlike Cable and Bevell the brain trust in Minnesota knew it couldn't coexist so Norv Turner resigned.
This left one clear voice and vision on the offense.
Seattle and Pete NEEDED to learn this the hard way.

I'm for bringing him in as TE coach as he has done well with Rudolph.
What's more surprising is that he was a cornerback in college. His personality would mesh well with Pete Carroll because he was very close to Childress, a softy coach with interests in psychology.
