  • Seems fitting. Patriots are good at scoring in the final 2 minutes and Jacksonville seems to love giving up points the final 2 minutes.

  • I don't blame the refs. This is poor coaching by Marone. He should have called time out instead of letting his offense get a delay of game.

    Delay of game led to Patriots getting the ball back.

    Gronk had dropped that ball but DB went helmet to helmet.

    Then Aboyue had to foul because he let himself get beat deep by NEs only deep threat.

    Then Pats run up to the line and run it in while Jags Defense is standing around. Marrone should have called a time out.

    Horrible coaching.

  • Also think as well as the Jags we’re moving the ball, they should have tried to at least get into FG range in the last 55 seconds. Potential missed opportunity there.

    Actually punting was probably good there, trying a screen and a possible pick would really swing momentum, the Jags defense is playing well. New England is going more aggressive on defense now so I expect the Jags to start taking advantage of that with the Screens as you say and delayed handoffs etc from the 20 up field.

    I think 3 more starting now. Refs can change the score quickly with 2 flags.
