  • Looks like he will be Dallas' DBs coach and passing game coordinator. Lots of young db talent there in Dallas. Good get for them.

  • Definitely shows where he is at as a coach if no one even gave him a sniff at DC.

  • Good for him. He's got a big challenge in fixing the Cowboys secondary. If he can do that, it'll propel him again for a DC position or higher.

Yeah, they are a mess. If he can fix that cluster, he’ll get another DC shot soon after.

  • Earl to Dallas is going to be talked about endlessly. I wonder if Sherman to Dallas will catch any legs.

  • Earl is healthy and we need picks, Earl one year on contract so we could get a better return, not popular by any means but possible. Jerry will push to pull the plug if he wants something.

  • Smart move by Dallas. Really smart. They got someone, in Richard, who will insist on attention to detail.

  • This is the position he should have stayed in all along. He is an outstanding teacher of the position. Nothing more. He was in over his head as a coordinator. And I agree with a lot of you, this is bound to add to the "Earl to Dallas" fire.
