If the price is right... Baldwin and him could make for a good 1-2 punch.

The price is most definitely not going to be right. Brown has a 4 year deal worth $68 million. I would be very surprised if Bryant doesn't end up with more than that

  • I'd say going from Romo to Dac is a bigger reason for his decrease in productivity than Dez's ability himself. Their offense stinks without a great running game, only time Dac can make throws is when play action is working and the reads are easy.

Could see him going to NE and dominating given the Cooks trade, but I'm sure he will want a big pay day which they won't give.

  • I guess when he walked out of the facility he said something like "I'll see you guys twice a year"
Interesting. Not sure what the cap is like for the Skins, Philly or Giants. But that would be interesting to say the least.

  • I'd love to bring him in, but that goes against our new strategy of only signing terrible players to dirt cheap deals.

The guy isn’t worth the drama he’d bring. Plus with all the Foster beating his GF thing, they probably don’t want to bring in a guy that beat up his own mother.

  • Dezzy makes Sherm look drama free. Guy is a horrible route runner and is a “me” player that is past his prime.
I’d hate it if he played for the Hawks.

  • Don't want. If we were going to spend money on WRs would have rather kept P-Rich and keep Lockett. Can't compare their talent, but would rather have two mediocre team players than one amazing drama king. Got to work that budget

Not sure about taking him, but you are absolutely right. Lots of shitting on dez here and it's not entirely warranted. Their offensive system isn't that great and Dak isn't Romo yet.

  • It's just a salary cap move. Plus he has had some injuries and dropped of a bit. But he is still a real good player when healthy IMO. They just can't justify the huge cap hit and they may possibly be right about that.

I haven’t but heard he is a general PITA and severe drama queen.
After turning down Baltimore’s offer I doubt he plays in the NFL again (see T.O).

An aging WR that runs poor routes, drops a lot of balls, and is a Diva that Jerruh had to hire “babysitters” for him to keep him out of trouble.... that’s why most teams want nothing to do with him.

Been defending Dez, but I watched the show and they certainly don't portray him in a positive light. Keep in mind, there was obviously a great deal of Dez we didn't see, but it seemed like the coaches were scared to challenge him. Their WR coach in particular catered to him pretty hard and Dez didn't have many moments where he seemed like a great teammate. I recall he was really positive during what I think was the second Giants game. IDK, he seemed happy when they were winning but the part where he complains about the WR coach talking up Talib and Harris before the Denver game was definitely strange.
