He was on the hawks for a bit. Do you all remember him? My Niners signed him due to multiple LB injuries and Foster on suspension. I know he couldn’t have been great, not on a team at the moment but is he serviceable?

Didn't he start a game or two? I remember him on the field quite a bit for a few games anyway. He seemed somewhat athletic and made a few impact plays with his speed, iirc.
Seemed somewhat light in the pants at the point of attack. Maybe serviceable, definitely replaceable.

Wasn’t he the fill-in LB who got a pick 6 last season, maybe the one before? One of those players who, when they get cut, you think “I thought he was good”?
