Good OC, terrible head coach. I don't know how they justified keeping him in the first place.

Wow. A bit surprised . . . not so much that he was fired but that it didn't happen after the season. Wonder if they replace him with Todd Haley. That would be funny.

It's Al Saunders. Whoever that is. Some sort of offensive assistant.

Has no business being a HC. Solid OC, used to be good at developing QB's but couldn't figure it out with any of his guys in Cleveland.

They've been competitive in most games this year, 4 OT's is wild. Wonder if they take a look at OU's coach.

Wow, an offensive assistant but not Haley? That seems interesting.

The Browns haven't had a coach with a winning record in 30 years. Three of them did get a winning season, but of course crapped the bed the other seasons.

Just contract the team, have a Browns player draft so the other teams can pick the leftovers, and figure out how to schedule it with 31 teams. This Browns thing is not working.

There's no way Sean McVay goes to the Browns, is there? I mean, that would be crazy.

Typical lousy team symptom: FIRE someone without a replacement in place.

The same goes for "Fire Pete brigade", name a replacement before chanting fire Pete.

So you would have kept Jackson? They stuck with him through historically bad seasons, in three seasons the Browns have three wins. In fact, Hue Jackson is actually one of the worst head coaches to ever coach the game: https://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2 ... l-history/

In two a two year span the Browns won a total of 1 game, and this season they have thrown winnable games, in great part due to poor coaching. So, you're telling me that the Browns actually have something to lose here by firing a historically bad coach? Please.
