Playing with the simulator, there is still a chance if we lose both games to get into the playoffs if WA beats Philly next week. That is doubtful though, so hopefully the Seahawks will spare my heart and take care of business tonight.

Totally off topic but didn’t Philly win the SB with Foles? Why did Wentz get the starting job over him earlier in the season? I think Philly would have more wins with Foles from the get go. Head scratcher for sure.

Wentz was the starter before injury. Foles took over and got them thru the SB with the win. Wentz is their starter until things went south. I believe They went back to the starter that they are paying for to start and then when he did not produce, changed back to Foles. I have not been following them that closely but believe that is the series of events.

Wemtz was going to be the mvps last year before he got hurt

Philly plays a lot looser with Foles. They are not “expected” to win with Foles & they keep milking this “underdog” role for all it’s worth. If they would bench a healthy Wentz for Foles, I think we’d start seeing the old Foles again. Wentz is a better QB.
