Could you play a one-on-one scheme on an NFL defense?

With this scheme, there would be 5 pass rushers opposite the 5 o-linemen. a qb shadow, all skill players covered/shadowed 1/1. everyone is responsible for just one guy. Would it work?

If you play this, by default, the advantage automatically goes to the offense.

This would essentially be a variant cover 0 with a spy/contain (delayed) rusher. In cover 0 you are rushing 6 with 5 guys in man coverage.

It would be prone to giving up big plays if not disguised properly, or used sparingly.
