There was lots of things Allen did to impress the coaches. But with all the receiver the team is carrying it was going to be hard for him to make the team. His feet work is amazing. Allen will most likely land on another team. He is no longer listed on the roster. He is not super tall like the hawks have gone to as of late. I wish him good luck.

Check him out at 3:15 of the video. He made Dk look slow. you can see the comparison, Dk is in the video just before Allen.

All this says is we are loaded at that spot!

Hawks are clearly targeting the first overall pick here by letting him go.

Looks like he signed with the Texans in May...

That is what I'm reading. He came to Seattle for a tryout in early May. But, apparently never signed according to Jammer's reliable log of transactions. >>> [urltargetblank]http://seahawks.net/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=153536#p2263141[/urltargetblank]

The Texans took a look and signed him a couple weeks later. He is currently listed on the Texan's 90 man roster.

It appears this was posted a month behind current events. I recon it could be moved From THE OFFICIAL NET NATION FAN FORUM to the NFL NATION forum.

I think this player was never more than a tryout player. No site anywhere and nobody has ever shown him as beings signed by the Hawks, so he can’t have been cut b/c he was never on the team.
